Introducing our new integration with Zoom

Enabling professional services firms to quickly and easily create and manage live, virtual events

As part of our ongoing dedication to help our clients deliver high-value client experiences, we’re excited to announce our new integration with Zoom Video Communications, Inc.’s webinar product. This integration will help firms quickly and efficiently set up and manage virtual events, enabling them to seamlessly pivot and adapt to a virtual event strategy.

The Zoom integration offers webinar integration capabilities to Vuture clients, with a variety of features that focus on making the process of hosting live events and webinars a user-friendly process.

Here are a few additional features that users can look forward to:

Create personalised experiences – Invite details are automatically pulled from the user’s CRM* to personalise emails and pre-populate registration forms. The integration also improves post-webinar reporting and follow up by allowing users to quickly segment attendees based on engagement.

Quick and easy setup – Non-technical users can easily create integrated webinars in minutes. This means that users do not necessarily need to be logged in to Zoom or even have an individual Zoom account in order to set up invitations in Vuture. Fields from the user’s CRM can be automatically added to Vuture RSVP forms, and all the data is securely distributed between the platforms and stored in the CRM.

Increase registration and attendance – The user experience of registering and logging onto webinars is drastically improved. It automatically prepopulates aspects of the registration form, shortening the process to just a few clicks for attendees. Once registered, attendees simply click and enter the virtually immersive event powered by Zoom.
