Key responsibilities and deliverables


  • Be KPI focused - understand the importance of hitting goals and consistent performance.
  • Forecasts and predicts revenue aligned to a value driven sales methodology.
  • Identify opportunities to generate profitable sales and revenue for Vuture. This will include: initial discovery & consultations; face-to-face & online meetings; ongoing follow-up and communication; being a solution & industry expert; and, making sure the solution sold aligns to the customers business objectives.
  • Finding opportunities to prove expertise in the industry - support content, feedback to marketing and product on competitive insight, unique value, industry trends, and support accelerated growth through insight.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite, to assess needs and effectively link product value, features/benefits to those needs.
  • Understands how to utilize internal team in a respectful way to ensure correct expectations and delivery of technology and services offered.
  • Consistently ensures that business is always conducted with integrity and that behaviour aligns with our core values.
  • Uses Salesforce CRM to prove performance - track meetings, events, contacts, opportunities and forecast. 


Knowledge and experience


  • Proven track record selling into professional services
  • Consultative, value driven approach
  • Understand professional service technology ecosystem to understand best product fit.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions to multiple stakeholders - one or more Web Content Management Systems / Email Tool as part of a solution or as a platform
  • Exceptional demonstrator of our software from the perspective of an end-user or a marketing technologist to a wide range of audiences
  • Experience working with channel partners; either from the vendor perspective or from the partner perspective
  • An appreciation of cross-channel digital marketing and customer engagement

  • A strong academic background is preferred with an HND, Degree or equivalent experience
