Key Account Manager (London Team)

Vuture is seeking an outgoing, experienced and dedicated key account management professional with a passion for developing powerful business relationships and an instinct for adding value.


You will have a passion for client nurturing, relationship building, revenue generation and excellent knowledge of practical digital marketing with a specialisation in email marketing.


We have an excellent on-boarding program. Once on-boarding is complete you will own your client base to nurture and grow.

Reports to: Global Account Director


Personal Qualities and experience required for the role:


  • Technically competent, experience working with software packages
  • Experience in retaining and managing enterprise level accounts
  • Proven and extensive experience in managing large global enterprise accounts
  • Business development driven approach to account management
  • Able to develop and grow key relationships at C level
  • Proven track record in closing new business enterprise level deals
  • Proven track record in managing and retaining an enterprise level portfolio of accounts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in managing your own book of clients, as well as the day to day key projects and activities that come along with this
  • Identifying and uncovering development opportunities that are available through your client base
  • Ability to take complex client requirements and work with teams internally and externally to deliver these projects in a timely, organised and financially beneficial manner
  • Strong relationship builder


 Responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Nurture your existing client base
  • Expand key relationships within your client base
  • Proactively expand your client base through new product sales
  • Meet and where possible exceed retention and business development targets set
  • Actively connect with clients via phone and face-to-face meetings
  • Network with clients at events, conferences and awards ceremonies
  • Work with the Vuture platform to ensure the client has the best user experience
  • Offer best practice advice
  • Upsell and cross sell to existing clients
  • Ensure CRM is up to date and maintained at all times


Experience required:


  • Graduate level education or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 + years account management experience or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a strong eye for detail
  • Sound office IT and internet skills and ability to demonstrate software as part of the client development cycle

Bonus and uncapped commission structure based on revenue generation
