A survey conducted recently by Gallup found that highly engaged teams show 21 per cent greater profitability. It’s simply a fact that workplace culture, and all that goes with it, brings out the best for employee wellbeing, productivity and profitability, not to mention hiring ‘stickiness’. And, hint, building better culture is not about free food and beanbag chairs!
