What would you say are the key communication challenges and goals for your organisation?

For us, the key goal is maintaining a regular and high quality presence in the minds of our clients, referrers and prospective clients. Profile and position is key but so is clear, relevant and timely communication. Information and opinion change rapidly and it is imperative that we stay ahead of the game with the details our firm provides.

How has using Vuture supported Appleby’s marketing program?

Vuture provides an extremely user-friendly content management system that allows us to constantly update and amend the content of our website globally, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This means that we are able to communicate with clients and potential clients regularly and with ease. In a market that relies on the most up to date information this is vital and Vuture has really helped us meet this objective.

How does Vuture meet your evolving business needs?

Vuture is a flexible system that allows us to develop the site and our content in a very cost effective way. It means we can do many thanks ourselves including site changes, content changes and template changes.

This helps to keep costs down, but also means we can respond to communication opportunities quickly and easily without needing to wait on external providers.

Does the technology provide Appleby with any competitive advantage?

Yes, we are able to respond very quickly and this means we can stay ahead of the competition.

Vuture’s technology is also very easy to use and this provides us with operational efficiency by enabling non-technical users to update the site whilst complying with strict content control procedures.

The system gives us the ability to upload content once and then have it displayed in multiple areas and even on our other sites.

Using the Vuture system we have also been able to produce dual language microsites. In effect, the technology allows us to create the site structure of one site and then it can cleverly mirror this in other language sites.

How does Vuture’s technology compare to other providers in the market?

Its main advantage lies in the fact that it is simple to use. This allows us to deploy content management across a wider group without having to rely on one or two individuals or an external provider. It is also very easy to deploy and we experience efficiency and flexibility in their approach to working with our branding agency.

What has it been like working with Vuture?

Great. We have built good rapport and feel that we are an important client to Vuture. It is the feeling that we matter and get work done when we need it that really counts. It is a trusted relationship and one we appreciate.

Is Vuture’s technology cost effective?

Yes– Given our ability to eliminate ongoing agency costs, but also the reduction in opportunity cost in terms of internal and external delays, which is helped by Vuture’s easy -to-use technology.

The key thing for us is maintaining a team that we can trust and that doesn’t change continually. We can pick up the phone and talk to any member of the team and they are always on hand to help.

What do you think of Vuture’s training and support?

Now we have the systems up and running I think the training and support is bedding in well. It has the right mix of ‘best practice’ and tailoring within it.

The helpdesk is great as the team know that there is someone on the end of the phone should they require any help.

What has it been like working with Vuture’s technology and an external design team?

It has been a good and seamless experience.

We have the result we were looking for and will continue to work hard to ensure a joined up approach to our design and technology needs.

Has Vuture delivered ROI?

Its early days to assess this, but in terms of the upgrade in our site and its capability, and the speed to market we now have then yes I would say that is a good measure of ROI for Appleby.
